Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, mainly commercial settings. We focus on routine deep floor cleaning, bathroom and hygiene spaces, first story windows, dusting, and tailored cleaning services as needed. No hazardous waste involved and no medical facilities. This role requires physical stamina to clean for hours at a time, the ability to commute to and from client locations, and flexibility to work after typical 9-5 working hours. Commercial cleaning experience a plus!!

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

• Clean floors to maintain a polished appearance and ensure safety.

• Conduct hygiene cleaning as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.

• Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good working condition.

• Attention to detail is a requirement

• Manage waste and trash disposal to maintain cleanlines.

• Execute custodial duties including restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies.

• Participate in industrial cleaning processes that adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

• Maintain equipment used for cleaning and report any malfunctions or needs for repair.

• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.

• Ability to travel to and from client locations a requirement.

• Familiarity with floor care techniques involving hardwood, concrete, tile and grout, carpet and other.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
